1. Available Courier Services
When placing an order, you can choose one of the following logistics companies:
- Omniva: Optimal choice for fast delivery across the Baltics.
- DPD: Reliable courier network for shipments throughout Europe.
- PostNord Norway: Specialized solution for our customers in Norway.
2. Geography and Delivery Times
Terms are calculated from the moment of order confirmation and depend on the region:

3. If the item is out of stock
In case a position is temporarily out of stock, the following rules apply:
- Customer contact: A store representative will contact you to notify you of the situation.
- Backorder: The product will be ordered from the manufacturer and sent to you within 14 business days.
4. General Provisions
- All terms are specified in business days (Monday — Friday).
- After transferring the order to the courier, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the parcel.
- We recommend checking the equipment for external damage upon receipt.
