Right of Withdrawal and Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at eurodrills.eu. However, if the chosen product is not suitable, you can exercise your right of return in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia.

1. Return Period and Conditions

A consumer (natural person) may exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of taking possession of the goods, without stating a reason for the return.

2. How to Notify About Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify SIA "SEVES" (Reg. No. 40003523315, legal address: Čiekurkalna 6.šķērslīnija 7-9, Rīga, LV-1026, e-mail: info@eurodrills.eu) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

3. Inspection of Goods Upon Receipt

The right of withdrawal expires after 14 calendar days from the day the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To avoid misunderstandings upon receipt, please ensure the product fully matches your order: manufacturer, model, diameter, and other important parameters.

4. Refund of Funds

If you terminate the contract, our online store will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs paid by you, no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal notice was received. SIA "SEVES" may delay the refund until the goods are received back.

5. Return Methods

You can return the goods together with a completed withdrawal form and proof of purchase using the following methods:

• By mail or courier to the actual warehouse address: SIA "SEVES", Saulkrastu iela 2, Rīga, LV-1026, Latvia.
• In person at our store/office at: Saulkrastu iela 2, Rīga, LV-1026, Latvia.

The consumer shall independently bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

6. Packaging and Transportation

When returning, suitable transport packaging must be provided: the original product packaging must be placed in another package suitable for transportation. We recommend insuring the returned goods, as you are responsible for any damage during transit.

7. Product Integrity

During the withdrawal period, you have the right to use the product only to the extent necessary to inspect the goods (similar to how it is possible before buying in a regular store). You are responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if they have been used for purposes other than familiarization with their characteristics and functioning.

8. Important Information

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
• In the event of a loss in the value of the goods, SIA "SEVES" may file a claim in court for damages.
